don`t really care about double helix and i wish i could hear the vocals
other than that, amazing album
every song has basically the same instruments, which makes them all bleed into each other and become forgettable
i do enjoy the little backstory this album has, only problem is every spoken sample interrupts the instrumentals and make it super uncomfortable to listen to

sorry, i couldn't fucking hold it, i teared up a little
the lyrics are kinda nothing, which gives it a little charm
but still, just makes the whole package less good
still love it though
the vocals kinda suck and are really annoying
it still has some redeemable qualities though
best song here is c u in da ballpit
wish there were more songs like that
The instrumental is fine, in a parallel world i can see that working
But, man, do the lyrics suck ass
Not only that but they're dragged even more down with that horrible flow
That breakdown also didn't fit in at all, i would have given this maybe a 40 if it didn't take me off the slight vibe moment i had while listening to the hook
The mixing was just some generic serviceable synth punk from the early 2000's, although her voice didn't fit in at all, i couldn't distinguish what she was saying ... read more

i mean, yeah, dare is a little repetitive, even i will admit that, but it's so catchy that i don't mind
plus fire coming out of the monkey's head has a whole story behind it that fit perfectly the theme of the entire album, it would have been a perfect close
i get why you wouldn't like white light though, it's super cheesy, but as an enjoyer of cheesy shit i don't mind it
also, wdym dirty harry has the best rap verse in the entire gorillaz discography when the entirety of november has come exists? lol
