Sabrina Carpenter - Man's Best Friend
31

sonically all over the place and lyrically terrible. like i despise the lyrics.

sombr - 12 to 12
81

so much fun like such a dancey bop

Blood Orange - Essex Honey
79

an emotionally charged album with lush production. so glad to have this album now

BETWEEN FRIENDS - WOW!
57

just trying to reheat charli’s nachos… but like i am genuinely disappointed with the way this project came out because it is overproduced and sounds like it was made for commercials. their old works reigns superior!

Deftones - private music
73

quite a strong project from them. a little jarring at bits but overall a good record

Laufey - A Matter of Time
81

this album feels like christmas time. laufey is such an impressive artist in that she is able to capture what traditional pop sounded like in the 50s except she’s doing it in 2025. loveee

Mac DeMarco - Guitar
70

a little too barebones and stripped back for my liking

Conan Gray - Wishbone
95

the melodies ?? the references? the lyrics? THIS IS GRACING MY EARS WOWWWWW

The Last Dinner Party - This Is The Killer Speaking
85

this is so fun and upbeat!! i’m looking forward to the new album - i just love how theatrical their music always is

Ethel Cain - Willoughby Tucker, I'll Always Love You
80

while this album was not exactly what i was expecting, i wasn’t disappointed either. it’s a slow folksy ambient album but the hazy production actually adds a lot to the storytelling given the fact it’s a concept album. i think i need to relisten a few more times for it to really hit but overall pretty good

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper
75

this album is objectively beautiful. the chamber/baroque sounds combined with the orchestral instrumentation makes for such lush production. the lyrics are strong and quadeca did well with the vocals. i just can’t seem to connect with the album on a personal level and it isn’t sticking with me but it is a great album

Alex G - Headlights
61

while i commend Alex G for testing out different genres, this album was not cohesive at all and the production was too messy for me to like. i also thought the vocals were off and i just expect much more from him as I know he is so talented

Perfume Genius - Glory
74

lyrically strong and his vocals stand out a lot on this album but the production is a little too slow for my liking

Lord Huron - The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1
81

i really like this americana/outlaw country vibe that he is going for on this album. it’s lyrically deep and the atmosphere of the production makes it feel cinematic

King Princess - Cry Cry Cry
55

not great… kinda generic and i expected more after hearing the first single (which i quite liked)

Wet Leg - moisturizer
80

some really solid indie rock from this band’s second album. super fun and i love their adlibs + spoken lines

Dayglow - Fuzzybrain
88

this album is comforting to me

Kevin Abstract - Blush
57

brockhampton is NOT back. as someone who loved brock hampton dearly and still enjoys some of their music, i can say this does not feel like their return. it is jumbled and messy and the different artists on this album do not mesh together cohesively. i am so disappointed bc kevin abstract is one of my favorite artistsđź’”

Lorde - Virgin
83

this came out at the perfect time for me. favourite daughter is going to be on repeat!! i hear the criticisms about its repetitiveness and i don’t disagree (there is def filler) but lyrically i feel like this punched me in the gut
