why do yall overreact to every little simz ep not being a lyrical masterpiece? sometimes a fun ep is just a fun ep
its genuinely very impressive that they managed to maintain such a high quality throughout such a long album
hes not a great singer and it holds the project back, even if the sampling is fun. does anyone know any similar projects that play with similar ideas though?
i genuinely have NO idea how to digest these tracks, but they're so cool! got jumpscared by SPQR at the end of cherry bomb though😭
yet again, im mostly just understanding why these new tracks didnt make the cut. i prefer the original mix to be honest, but a couple of the new tracks are still really fun.
I think the fact that they genuinely tried something different makes this better than like a 6/10 album with songs in the exact same style of their debut.
This is the most generic album she's ever put out, and the slow crush of Taylors artistic ability feeds into the album ironically, it's the most poetic thing about her career thus far. The catch is, the torture comes when you listen to it.
I understand it now. I finally get it. I have ascended to the next level of white-boy.
