Deffo more polished than the last, the instrumentation on this album actually is decent and so is the vocals. I like the idea of having each song roughly be about every kink in the album cover, biggest issue is that 😭 lowkey some of these kinks are hot, but when I listen to great beats etc i just cant deal with cringy kinky lyrics blasting in my ear 😭
Sunday night jus decided to curiously listen to ts to see if its really that bad. To me, this wasnt as much bad but more frustrating cause I actually like the instrumentation at times and even the vocals. Unfortunately, I just cant with these lyrics 😭😭✌️
Ignoring that Adam is a horrible fucking person & the nostalgia, ts slaps idc one of the best Minecraft parodies out there
Starts off a bit slow imo the songs just don't land right up until More Than Just Friends an absolute BANGER. After that, the album keeps the momentum. The title track, a longer instrumental tune offers alot of variety and just keeps me hooked. Château De Lune comes back to the pop sound, with a really catchy melody that lands. Real Love starts off a bit slow, but that sax solo brings me BACK. Get Down Tonight ties it up nicely very groovy track.
Seriously starting to consider this as my favorite album of all time, and its nothing to do with nostalgia or anything I didnt even have music playing when i used to play it cause Minecraft PE sucks. Regardless, I have never heard a more powerful album after listening going on 300 albums. I don't know if I ever will find one, If I do id be a miracle.
I don't trust people who rate this under a 90. These songs are goregous.
Doesn't stay as consistantly good as their debut, but isn't enough of a drop to dunk on either. Besides obviously Ventura, Cornwall Bank, Only In Your Heart, and Moon Song still keep this album at a 9/10. As fantastic tracks they are, even all the other tracks aren't to bad either.
Holy shit, Sir Nat King Cole, you do have a legendary voice. A very underrated vocalist and vocal performance on this album, absolutely carrying it. Songs like "Silent Night," "The First Noel," "O Holy Night," "Adeste Fideles," and, of course, "The Christmas Song" are perfect examples of this.
Only issue is that it's kinda all what this album has going for, the instrumentation isn't bad per se, but it doesn't stand out. Most of ... read more
Want Christmas music? and still love your rock music? This is the shit, greatest Christmas rock album.
Seriously how does this only have a 72? HOW are we missing the bangers that are An Angel Came Down, O Come All Ye Faithfull or A Star To Follow?
And obviously, This Christmas Day. Which is just perfection.
Listened to this one for his show along with we saw with TOTO and Men At Work, also listening to their debut albums and this one just stood out. Maybe I haven't listened to enough Yacht Rock but you cannot tell me this album is carried by Ride Like The Wind and Sailing. I Really Don't Know Anymore, The Light Is On, and Minstrel Gigolo are so slept on. Even the "lesser" tracks still get stuck in my head Spinning, Poor Shirly etc... Fantastic guitarwork on this album Cross is ... read more
Down By The Sea lowest rated???????? HIGH key the best song on the album
Nostalgia alone doesnt earn this easy 100. The fact that not only this album is just soothing and beautiful music, it fits into the game its made for masterfully.....and its not even the best OST of its own game..... SUCH a shame Dog or the Droopy's didn't make it into the game....
Living Mice the best one here, maybe Droopy Likes Your Face
also, GIVE US A FULL VINYL RELEASE NOT THE SHORTENED ONE PLEASE 😭
