Okay so there's nothing i've heard that sounds even a little bit like this album. I tried to look for new genres of music to listen to and I can say for sure that this was NOT it. I can precisely envision the exact person who'd call this the greatest piece of art ever. It's for sure not me tho.
For my own mind's sake, I had to listen to this album in like 5 separate sittings because I couldn't tolerate it for more than 8 songs. Being familiar with the Odessey, I ... read more
Being a new-gen hip-hop fan, Tupac is my favourite rapper's favourite rapper. They grew up with his music. I didn't. I mainly listen to sounds that were inspired by him rather that listen to him directly so when I hear his music, My mind compares it to other stuff that came after him.
This album doesn't really hit for me. That's what I'm trying to say. All tracks kinda sound the same and I find it hard to remember standout moments or memorable events throughout the ... read more

Safe to say the future of rage is in good hands. This album feels like a theme park where every rollercoaster is linked to eachother with insane transition rollercoasters. Just an insanely fun experience alltogether. Also: normally I try to not look at album covers for my review, but I just had to mention how much I love this cover. It's simply amazing.

This album just has such a lot of soul and character in it that you just can't dislike it. This was a pleasantly suprising introduction to Little Simz' music. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing more of her work! The entire album just feels so personal and special to Little Simz in a way that I haven't seen many times before.
