Really cool concept, and a few songs are really excellent off this album
It isn’t their best work, but it still rocks, and some of the tracks still capture that old Metallica magic. Inamorata was an excellent ending, and there are good hits throughout.
It’s so bad, I almost can’t rate it lower because it’s too funny. But also painful. It’s not “so bad it’s good” more so, “so bad I can’t even take it seriously enough to hate it.”
As I keep listening to it, it’s been growing on me. The high score is not just my personal enjoyment, but also the respect I have for the uniqueness and boundary-pushing of the work.
