Kendrick's best effort since TPAB. This album exemplifies a multitude of Kendrick's strong points while bringing new themes to the table. Bringing forth the theatrical qualities as well as a somewhat concise narrative of TPAB and GKMC while maintaining a more visceral and individualistic qualities of it's tracks like DAMN. , this album is a product of Kendrick's work up until now. Btw, if you think DAMN. is as good or even better than this, you are out of your mind.
A very grim yet flavorful record. Conways last release is a hard hitting one. Lyrically and performance wise he seems to be at the top of his form, delivering lively yet emotionally exhaustive performances. Many tracks on this thing such as Stressed seem to touch upon a very personal and sensitive emotional place. A decent RnB release. Amber Mark's debut album is a solid one. An extensive tracklist which is rather consistent, however lacks in highlights. A formulaic RnB release befitting of a ''first-album'', showcasing a glaring potential for Amber Mark to become one of the main figures of contemporary RnB, excited to see how she progresses on her next projects.
A very solid album. Pusha T continues to deliver quality with each release as is pretty much expected from him at this point. This tracklist is rather strong, with close to no drags on it. The delivery is clean, the production from Kanye and Pharrell is as expected, and the features all bring something interesting to the table.
