On the surface, I think this album feels like a complete mess in the best possible way. It is full of exaggerated slang, strange English, temple fair aesthetics, overdramatic vocals, visuals that seem almost intentionally tacky, and song titles that sound half like a joke and half like a fever dream. But the more I returned to it, the more I felt that the band was capturing a social atmosphere that most Thai indie bands of that era either tried to escape from or ignored entirely.
