I'm very disappointed, I know it's considered Taylor's best album and I expected much more. I didn't see the climaxes that are needed to listen to 1 hour album , neither in the individual songs.
In general, it's very difficult when you're not a fan of a particular genre and you have to decide whether it's good or bad after the first listen, but I'll say it now
It's a very high-level album, with quite different and catchy melodies, diverse instrumentals and lyrics. It's an amazing fact that you've been an artist for so long, for decades, and still manage to surprise the listener in the same way.
This album is a typical roller coaster with a very steep descent at the bottom. "Break My Heart" is the best single for sure.
I think it's impossible not to like this band's album. It's not my favorite era, but a few songs really deserve my attention.
I forgot to say that this is one of my fav album cover/
Lady Gaga creates revolutionary albums in search of her own genre and style. It's not my favorite album, but I appreciate it and I can see why someone could become a Lady Gaga fan in 2011. The hits are so overplayed that I can barely listen to them anymore.
Another representative of the peak of pop music in the 2010s. There are a few songs that really stand out, I just felt a little lacking in stability, it's definitely not a No Skip album.
I've heard legends on this album, but there was nothing memorable for me. The vocals are definitely in place, it's hard not to like the harmonious sound of three such vocalists, but I missed the variety of instrumentals as well as the melodies.
It's a cool album, I would even say underrated... One thing that sets this band apart is the melodies. Many have good vocals, many can do good production, but they are amazing at melodies, chords, musical emotions.
This album should have taken more risks, as if each track was leading to the stage where you'd think, "Here's something interesting, what's next?" and then you'd be disappointed.
I listened to the single by chance and was looking forward to it, it seemed like an interesting project... However...
An album full of hits, but Sia is a singles artist, not an album artist, and this album shows that.
average songwriting , average instrumentals, above average female vocals, peak beauty.
The supposed attempt to create a new "brat" ended in failure. It's hard not to bounce on the production and instrumentals like that, but everything else was nothing.
My first experience with Aurora. I am very satisfied. I didn't think she was such a diverse artist. I was expecting monotonous, a bit quiet songs. It's a good album and I think it's a grower, so I might come back.
The beginning was quite strong and really increased the hype, which the following tracks could not "fulfill". The instrumentals are so good in every song that it's hard not to like it. The Weeknd should have aimed to better capture the melodies and flow, which he managed to do in a few songs, but more could have been done.
Absolutely underwhelming. No special instrumentals, no special melodies... Even the best song is best with the help of sample.
I didn't think I would find bops in this album besides the famous singles... Ariana's Prime easily.
I put the album on, hoping to enrich my playlist, refresh it... I was completely disappointed... and the main question is, how did "Creep" come out like this?
A random listen to "He's My Man" led me to this album and I'm not at all unhappy with that decision. It's a beautiful album with a pretty strong start that certainly had an effect and affected the mood of the entire album.
