This album still doesn't sound like a Children of Bodom album, but it is way better quality than "I Worship Chaos". I don't think I will be returning to this album, but i wasn't nearly as miserable as i was with the previous. Overall a pretty decent album, but far from their best.

Doesn't even sound like a Children of Bodom album, sounds like the most basic MeloDeath album imaginable. Overall not worth the listen, i am just disappointed with this record. They were doing good with Halo of Blood, but this is just three steps back.

A return to form for Children of Bodom, I enjoyed this release far more than I did the previous two records. Much higher quality than the other two as well. I am way more hopeful for the next two records, hopefully they maintain this level of quality. My favorite track has to be "Scream for silence" although most of the tracks were incredibly consistent.

Similar quality to the previous. Just a pretty boring album to be honest. Compared to their first five albums, this is garbage. Overall not worth it, just listen to Follow The Reaper instead.

Easily the worst Children of Bodom record so far. I was just bored during this entire record. It's not terrible but it is pretty far from the quality of all their previous records. My favorite track is probably "Lobodomy" because of the hilarious lyrics on that one. Overall i wouldn't recommend this record.

Yet again, another good album from Children of Bodom. Quite different from their other stuff though, so if you liked those you might not like this. My favorite track from this is "Are You Dead Yet?". Overall a good album, but different from their other stuff.

Great album, with an incredibly consistent quality to it. The riffs were great, the vocals were great, the drums were great, everything about this album is just good. Just don't read the lyrics. My favorite tracks are: "Needled 24/7" and "Bodom Beach Terror", both are just incredibly good. Overall i would definitely recommend this album.

Amazing album, and definitely the best from Children of bodom so far. This record is so jam packed with bangers. Overall a staple in the melo death genre, and a album that i will recommend to fan of metal.

Great album, but a little rough around the edges which is to be expected from a debut record. The tracks were consistent in quality, which makes choosing which track was my favorite difficult; But i feel that two tracks from this record shine above the rest: "Red Light in My Eyes, Pt.1" and "The Nail". Overall a great record, which leaves me excited for continuing on with the discography.
