Allstar fucking lineup πshit so bad they couldn't even put 3 lions in the mf cover
Holy fucking shit I can't stop listening to Emily.
An album that deserves the comparison to Ants From Up There. This project is phenomenal. I saw it release, looked at the genre and initial score, and sat on it for a little bit. At the time, I'd also been bedridden with sickness. I listened to this album for the first time after I had recovered enough to walk, and took a walk whilst it played out. Maybe due to that reason, I have bias, but the emotional impact this album had on me ... read more
Heavily enjoy this album, it deserves it's spot in my current rotation, but I feel the expectations of a sequel to Alfredo really hurt this album. I think it's amazing, but being the sequel to one of the best regarded rap albums of all time? I don't think it necessarily hurt the album, but it left it open to the comparison by namesake alone, because if anything it moreso feels like a prequel to Alfredo, because the heights of that album were barely realised here.
The production ... read more
Makes a perfect album into a perfect complete experience
says something funny about Quadeca's name
Cried four times during the movie, then four times more down my legs just for the love of the game.
ngl, it feels like a MONDAY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. AT A TIME LIKE THIS I feel like im kinda DANCING WITHOUT MOVING you know? and also its funnier it was so rainy earlier but thats FORGONE even though it thought there would be some THUNDRRR because thats just what makes sense in NATURAL CAUSES, but Im glad there wasnt bad weather because that would ... read more
In a 25 I do 50, move swiftly, pull up with the doohickey if you move iffy π₯π₯π₯
I don't know what's the most awesome, the album name, album cover, song names or the actual music π
Impressively funny, making music that both is funny and a demonstration of rapping capabilities is such a talent, and that's exactly what $ilkMoney does on this album. It's diverse, yet every song sits in a similar world, with ethereal rap/trap sounds that at the same time are lyrical ... read more
Holy shit? I was only made aware of this because I'm closely following Quadeca's album rollout, and I saw there was discussion around Vanisher vs this album.. nonetheless, listened to the singles on repeat whilst I waited for the release and... it really is that good? I haven't felt this connected to a rap album release for sometime, it geniunely invokes that fun feeling of music that makes you just smile. The lyrics, the delivery.. and most importantly the production. ... read more
Listened to it 7 times straight and it felt like I audibly overdosed
Best video game soundtrack ever. I think it's simply uncontested, the atmosphere and mood of this OST is so perfectly fitting, its almost impossible to mute the music. Every stage 5, you know that Rain Formerly Known as Purple is going ONN
Vultures 2 is a crucifixion, this is the resurrection ππ
It's not worth the waste of time, please just take the review at face value, this is horrendous, genuinely laughed at the quality. it's so odd that it was delayed this long and is this bad, it's like they kept getting extensions for their schoolwork, and still didn't do any of it till the last day. if you at all enjoy Kanye's music, pretend this doesn't exist or it will actually ruin your experience of him. It's really bad.
This is actually a slapstick comedy of an album in the best way possible. I absolutely love Peggy and it just feels like he cannot do wrong. Every beat strives to be new and adventurous, and he succeeds again and again. Peggy's flow is incredible, and it just feels like an acumination of his previous work into a perfect product.
Edit: score to 100. Fucking perfect album. For what it is, I don't want anything different. It's perfect for the point Peggy is in his career
pretty good. My expectations were reasonably high and I just wanted it to deliver and it does. Only one or two songs (notably drag em to the river LOL) dont deliver but apart from that, strong album. The atmosphere, vibe, beats, and vocals are all phenomenal, and whether its my bias for $B love or something else, this production is overall some of the best this year. Incredible album I'll be returning to often.
Edit: not much memorability from this album or repeatability personally. 80 ... read more
