I was driving around at 7 a.m. this morning, the sun wasn’t up yet and it was all misty outside.
Listening to this... Easily one of the most heavenly feelings you can experience.

Probably my favorite EP I've listened to so far.
Granted, I haven't listened to a ton of them, but this is so gut-wrenching and beautiful

Cigarettes After Sex has continued to be one of (if not) my favorite artist for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, this is definitely the weakest out of their 3 albums. The highs on the album are very very high, but the lows are borderline skips, which is hard to say, especially about your favorite artists.

Regardless, this is a very solid album, and I would recommend this to people who are fans of soothing, calm, nighttime music.

As someone who has JVKE in their top 3 favorite artists, it hurts me to say that this song just ain't it. I respect the experimentation, but the vocals in particular are nowhere near on the same level as his other tracks, which is weird because that's a high point for pretty much all of them.

65 --> 78 (After listening to it on and off, it definitely got a lot better. The production is by far the high point in this song.)

This might've been the first album I ever heard, so the nostalgia I got listening back to this was incredibly strong.
Although there are only 6 songs, I think keeping short and sweet really makes you appreciate each separate song even more.
There's a reason why Rush was and continues to be recognized as one of the best rock bands of all time.
