The year is 1977, my dad is a few months from being born, the internet? does not exist. Time is pure. This is a classic. Every song hits so hard. The "known" songs are undeniably bangers. The airy guitar that is promindent in majority of the songs sounds great. The vocals and layer sounds so amazing and I mean this is timeless. Sounds just as good in 2025 as it probably did in the 70's. This was a point of music where it was just song after song, no interludes, no analyzing, no ... read more
Kendrick Lamar’s Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is a deeply personal exploration of trauma, accountability, and self-discovery. Across two discs, Kendrick confronts generational pain, societal expectations, and his own flaws, tackling themes like therapy, fatherhood, and fame’s burden. The album serves as both confession and catharsis, urging listeners to embrace uncomfortable truths for growth.
I think this album is beautiful—at times ugly, but always real. This is ... read more

Oh brother, this guy stinks!, nah, just kidding. An album this size and this hyped was surely on my list, and after seeing some reviews, I was excited to dive in. But unfortunately, with mediocre production and performances across the 10 tracks, I found it hard to ... read more

Sam Fender’s "People Watching" is a cinematic dive into working-class struggles, societal collapse, and personal reflection. The album explores themes of fame, community, and resilience.
This is my first time listening to Sam Fender, and "People Watching" is a powerful introduction. Tracks like "Crumbling Empire" showcase Fender’s emotional depth, while "TV Dinner", although not my favourite track delivers sharp introspection. However, the ... read more

I've listened to this many times before but this is my first review of this album, this is peak, every song has a beauty to it, and released in 2007 it remains timeless
This record is standard for Tate McRae, but I do think it's a step above her scattered and non-cohesive debut. She has a knack for crafting catchy melodies and choruses, yet she still struggles with depth in her material. While some tracks, like Sports Car and the opener, stand out, much of the album falls into a “middle-of-the-road” category, lacking substance.
If you played this in the car or at a party, it would blend in without issue, but when you break it down; bland and ... read more
This album has its moments but ultimately falls flat. The production is mostly bland, with only a few standout moments. Autotune-heavy vocals and uninspired songwriting, including particularly lazy chorus', make it hard to stay engaged. A brief strong run in the middle isn’t enough to save the project. While some melodies work if you’re in your feelings, there’s little replay value. Not his worst, but far from his greatest. Forgettable and unremarkable in the long run.
Fucked with the vocals, beats didn't work with it though
