Energy, vibe, and storytelling are all on point! I love the low register she uses throughout the album, especially on “St. Teresa.” “Shush” and “23 Peaks” are two of the best songs I’ve heard from Tori in a long time. I have a feeling the record will grow on me even more as I listen and get into the lyrics a bit more.
Dan Avidan's vocals once again shine on this album (while a bit buried at times), but this album does not quite capture the energy from their first. Still solid, but feels a bit plain at times.
Across the Great Unknown (84/100): could benefit from a slight decibel reduction of the instrumentation to let the vocals shine, especially in the chorus
