I sat through this album, listening in awe, waiting for something to pull me away. Yet it did not come.
What stayed was a mere semblance of hope in my soul, a glimmer, hell, even a sparkle. and even when that hope felt wary, it still stayed. Never leaving me alone.
God, please don't leave me alone.
Hope is all i have, all we ever have.
And as the last few seconds came and went.
Never in a singular moment, have i felt that hopeful for a new future.

Some fun covers, delighted to see "I Think I Need A New Heart" and "Us" but "Happier Than Ever" takes the cake and is arguably one of the best songs in their entire discography
