A true no-skip album, Jane seems to defy any attempt to box her into one genre, moving from her previous shoegaze project ‘Census Designated’ towards an experimental hip hop banger LP ‘Revengeseekerz’
Jane explores the idea of moving on from her career defining debut release ‘Frailty’ in opening track ‘TWICE REMOVED’ to the fame culture and substance abuse that comes with the rave/club scene across ‘Dreamflasher’, ‘TURN ... read more
After previously working with Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner on her debut LP 'Belladonna of Sadness', Alexandra Savior returned to the indie scene three years after with her second album 'The Archer', a melacholic and more stripped LP in all compared to the raspy electric guitar and AM-inspired lyrics of her previous work, however it feels 100% Alexandra and I could not love it more.
The opening track 'Soft Currents' is, in my opinion, the perfect note to begin ... read more
I've never listened to Quadeca before apart from his newest single 'FORGONE' but JESUS CHRIST I was missing out
Every track sounds and feels like its own enclosed pocket of serenity and intrusive thought, with folkey electronica production that cements it as some of the most outstanding and unique music in recent history. Hana Vu's latest album 'Romanticism' delivers a synth-driven pop album that befits crying just as much as it does dancing.

As the album dives deeper into its tracklist, the guitar gets raspier, the synths growl and Hana's vocal performance sustains its explosive and enchanting performance.
Apart from track 11 'I ... read more
Jane Remover's 2025 alt rock/shoegaze album under the sideproject 'venturing' feels like a haunted spiritual successor to their main project's second album 'Census Designated'. Originally, venturing had a fictional backstory as a South Dakota-formed rock band formed in 1990, disbanding after the death of their drummer, however since this album's release, this story has since been scrapped.
Over the course of this packed 13-track LP, Jane explores themes of ... read more
Midwest emo brought to 100, the tracklist is consistently melancholic and perfectly befitting of the genre.
The best track on this EP is 'Sleep Patterns', a beautiful expression of dealing with death that I cannot listen without tears. The second verse, wherein the speaker depicts seeing his own death in a dream before it happens, where he doesn't recognise the people he is with nor the music in the car that will eventually become his tomb. As the speaker pieces together the ... read more
