actually really vibe w the verses (at least the first one) but not loving the chorus
its a vibe but not as good as some of her others. will still be a great project
Eh, kinda felt anticlimactic and didn't really go anywhere super interesting. Def preferred the last one.
Crazy 60s/70s vibes from Weyes Blood and co here, as good as the better tracks on Titanic Rising
Dope song by Logic-- hopefully this will satisfy anyone not vibing with the rage stuff.
The instrumental is really cool at times and pretty bold but I find the vocals to be extremely grating and unenjoyable. It honestly reminds me of the song "Hi Ren" vocally, which I was not a fan of. I'm sure other AOTY users might find issue with that comparison but that's what it sounds like to me. Doesn't take away from what's a really interesting instrumental track, but I would give the instrumental like a high 7 to an 8-- gets too out there for me at times but ... read more
Extra song that didn't fit on either of my main EPs, but popped off a lil bit
You don't have to leave, but you can't stay here.
Closing Time is the first of two EPs I made while taking music theory class over the last few months. Even though I consider this the B-Sides / moodier cousin to the second project eventually coming out, I'm still really happy to be able to share with everyone and hope you enjoy! It has some of my most developed solo songs yet and some ideas I'm really proud of.

Does she fit the song? Not really. But with that said, I think she gave a nice verse. Like if she had to be on this song, I think it was a good verse. Would have preferred to hear her on I Can't Wait To Get There or Open Hearts instead. Her voice doesn't really fit this.
Kali puts out a lush, slightly one note, but gorgeous project that creates one of her most cohesive soundscapes and some of her best songs. (Angels All Around Me comes to mind). Where it lacks in upbeat exciting tracks that Isolation brought, it makes up for in great cohesion but a fairly diverse soundscape within the vibey umbrella.
Trop crushes it but miss also having Trop production
