A couple of hot takes i have about this album:
- Lavish is EXTREMELY overhated. While thematically it doesn’t quite fit the album, but it’s a funny little detour halfway through it. I don’t even mind that “bottomless” line
- Navigating chorus ruins the song. It’s horrendously out of place.
- The last four tracks are quite solid. Some of them are among the album highpoints for sure.
Playing prime Fortnite while listening to this album was peak life for me. 😢😢

Another Star X Get Lucky mashup at the grammys is when music as an art form peaked.
Apart from a few highlights i find the rest of the album to extremely boring. I dont understand how did make it to a lot of end year lists.

Abel release the live version.
(Edit: 60 -> 90) I was genuinely tweaking, it's actually a banger. Best one out of the 3 singles for sure.
See you in my nightmares doesn't get enough praise.
Eletric performances from the two gentlemen.
Starts off strong and ends off stronger, but suffers in the middle.
Dreamy and unique listening experience and a cohesive project overall.
To the playlist: Image, Watching TV, Cry for Me, The Ballad of Matt & Mica
Edit: (89 -> 93) it deserves a 9.
