Some good songs but they don’t feel like actual Gorillaz songs since 2D had been banished to the background on nearly every track here. Fav tracks: Ascension, Andromeda, She’s My Collar

People consider this a mainline Gorillaz album and… why? This is not nearly on the level of any other release they’ve done. While there are some neat moments here, it really does have the vibe of Albarn dicking around on an iPad

Has aged like fine wine and will sadly only continue to be more poignant as the years go on. Hands down their best work to date. Fav tracks: Stylo, Empire Ants, To Binge

The album art, music videos, the singles, all certified iconic bangers. Absolutely flawless project on all fronts. Fav tracks: O Green World, Dirty Harry, Feel Good Inc.

We will probably never get another Gorillaz album that sounds like this and honestly I’m okay with that. Cuts like Clint Eastwood are classics but a lot of this pales in comparison to what comes afterwords. Fav tracks: Tomorrow Comes Today, Clint Eastwood, 19-2000

A real chore to sit through with some production choices that for an artist this size are frankly not only embarrassing but insulting. Least fav tracks: Texas Tea, Socialite, Too Cool To Die

A perfectly short but enjoyable listen that laid the groundwork for the greatness that was to come. Fav track: Body

It's good, but compared to the rest of their discography? Can't say I revisit it too often. Fav track: U Wanna Dance?

Some stellar standouts here and it sounds fantastic as always, but it definitely felt like these could've been cooked for a littler longer to give them that extra oomf. It's not the worst thing to be left wanting more but I was wanting just another min or so from these songs

This could just be How To Get Physical and I'd be happy. But then is continues to go on and deliver synthpop goodness. One of the most exciting groups out there atm

As it stands, one of the best pop records of the 2020's so far. Just bop after bop it's unbelievable. Love the sequencing on this as well. Fav tracks: Secrets (Your Fire), Hysterical Us, The Beginning

This thing is all over the place and I absolutely love it. Have to mention Jonas who absolutely KILLS IT on the bass here! Fav tracks: classic j dies, cold weather, yoshi's island

Every album their sound has been built up and it continues to be as beautiful as ever. I really hope this isn't the last we hear from the band cause they cannot miss. Fav tracks: Sunlight Daze, A Part, Lumens

These guys were mentioned in an Isaac Brock house tour and I wouldn't have expected to then have found one of my favorite bands. Absolutely beautiful acoustic songs that I'm still thinking about all these years later. Fav tracks: Pixels, Burning Stars, The Loop

This is one of my comfort albums. Sounds beautiful with lyrics to match. Fav tracks: Memorabilia, Acting Your Age, Night Light

I'm glad some people really love this, but man I could just not get that into it. Some enjoyable moments but also couldn't help but roll my eyes at some of this stuff. Fav tracks: Hunter's Moon, Darkness At The Heart Of My Love

This album beat the shit out of my emotionally but gave me a kiss on the forehead on the way out. Daylily is straight up one of the greatest songs ever. Fav tracks: Full Circle, Colorblind, Daylily

Not as jaw dropping as their first album but still a fantastic listen with some of their best songs. Fav tracks: Skin to Skin, 12 Weeks, Seneca

While this isn't nearly as emotionally heavy as their last two projects, it's still a perfectly fine listen. I do prefer the more raw moments on here but it's nice to hear Patrick actually be in a better head space. Fav tracks: Killing Time, Lead Pipe, I Hope You Choke!

This is the album that like, REALLY got me into emo music. These guys spent years tweaking these songs to make it the best possible thing they could make and... yeah. Yeah man. One of the most insane opening stretches I've ever heard. Fav tracks: Bloodhound, Inuit, The Medic
