Atavista isn't like his other records, that's why it's being overshadowed. But this is Childish Gambino's final breath, signaling the end of his career. It's experimentally charged, emotionally powerful, dynamically shaped.
As far as instrumental goes, this is a sick album. His mix of House and Contemporary R&B is definitely TIMELESS. Also, thanks for making Donald Glover come out of his cave :v
