KAYTRANADA - Timeless
80

As far as instrumental goes, this is a sick album. His mix of House and Contemporary R&B is definitely TIMELESS. Also, thanks for making Donald Glover come out of his cave :v

Paramore - This Is Why
90

They're musical style has evolved from the teen angst emo club to the existential crisis middle aged office worker

De La Soul - Cabin In The Sky
80

The last album, thank you De La Soul :)

FKA twigs - EUSEXUA Afterglow
85

EUSEXUA still topped, but some tracks felt like it was meant to be in EUSEXUA, because it's so good. It's a nice little deluxe/double album

Hatchie - Liquorice
83

It's a nice sound with the ups and downs of teens and youth

Danny Brown - Stardust
90

Danny just acts chaotically with this album. He got high creating this shit, and it's so damn good. It's packed with texture, sounds collaborators, a return to shape for our favorite musician. :)

ROSALÍA - LUX
100

My first perfect 10 album. This is a modern avant-garde masterpiece, reflecting the mortals connection with God. No, this is not a religious album, but every single note point him. An amazing mix of orchestral and electronic mix. I can't get enough of how good this album is. Eusexua ender fr

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA +
78

Mother is good, but it seems more like a reissue with one song than a deluxe...

Hayley Williams - Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party
88

Goddammit, she really did good on the story. The record feels like self critique but at the same time acknowledging it as a part of our lives. I knew she has a potential to be a singer-songwriter. Her magnum opus to date.

Demi Lovato - It's Not That Deep
58

Her music has been imitation after imitation, like she's reheating other musicians nachos. This is a decent album, I just hope she'd left a few more characteristics that is meant to be her signature

Dave - The Boy Who Played the Harp
87

Holy fuck, holy fuck, holy fuck. This is so deep, a confession based on an existential crisis. A powerful record made by one the most talented lyricist.

Lily Allen - West End Girl
80

This album perfectly describe a relationship in despair, it's like Lily Allen ripped a manuscript from her personal diary, and made an album.

86

One of her most creatively charged record. El Mal Querer revived a culture that's eroding, highlighting flamenco's best quality. Flamenca became the main inspiration of the album, telling a timeless story about a women's freedom from abuse.

ROSALÍA - Berghain
100

For my mental health, i wouldn't stream this gem or reviewing it at all

Childish Gambino - Atavista
88

Atavista isn't like his other records, that's why it's being overshadowed. But this is Childish Gambino's final breath, signaling the end of his career. It's experimentally charged, emotionally powerful, dynamically shaped.

Danny Brown - Quaranta
80

This album is his more mature record for a guy nearly hitting 40, it ain't the theater rowdy hard-core expressive shit he used to make. That makes it the most confessional and honest hip-hop albums of the year

Daniel Caesar - Son Of Spergy
84

Daniel Caesar is really good at making an album so confessional and full of emotions, it all came down to this record. You do need to experience the things that's being done in each tracks, and it's amazingly detailed. I really liked Moon ft. Bon Iver, definitely a highlight on this album.

Taylor Swift - folklore
83

When you strip everything that Taylor Swift has ever done in the pop scene, you get Folklore. This album marks the rise of Taylor's singer-songwriter journey. The lyrics are surprisingly relatable, along with the simple sonic evolution. It's a good transition for Taylor

Lana Del Rey - Norman Fucking Rockwell!
89

Lana Del Rey has been the symbol of the American statement of glamor and grandeur, sensual imagery. But in this album, she tells us about how the culture that she has been embracing is fleeting. "The Greatest" must've been the ending credit of the 2000s to 2010s era, a sign of a fading tradition in pop culture. There's a change in the modern culture, where information and media is faster to consume, and harder to be understood.

Norman Fucking Rockwell has a heavy lyrical ... read more
