Insane how such an amazing game like FF7 can have a soundtrack that somehow is even better
Very powerful and inspiring album, you can really feel the passion and conviction in her voice and the amazing lyricism. The top notch jazz production just adds another layer to it and perfectly fits. One of the best albums of the year.
Just sone pretty good emotional pluggnb, nothing really stood out too much for me tho

The first half and last few songs were great but the middle portion was pretty uninteresting to me
Feels very cobbled together without a solid vision but the foundation for their later music is still here

It’s a little repetitive but I had a good time listening. I really liked how chill it is
My mom played this album on a car trip and it wasn’t good but seeing her enjoy it made me like it more😭
MIKE’s side was pretty good, maybe a 7/10. His voice and delivery fit very well with the trap production and despite the low energy rapping I never got bored.
Earl’s side was extremely disappointing, about a 5/10. His delivery was even more unenthusiastic than usual, and the beats don’t stand out or match well with his voice. I respect him trying something different but this just didn’t work out imo.
