I actually don't know how to feel about this EP, many mfs were saying to avoid this and so I did. That is until today and let me tell you, I feel uncomfortable and confused. so weirded out, I cannot even form a rating.

The best way I can describe, this EP is the definition of a mental decline.

It's certainly a step-up from Cry Baby, but still pretty weak of an album.

K-12 I'd say is arguably more enjoyable, and actually has a good few standout tracks! (that being HHSH, Recess, Orange Juice and Strawberry Shortcake) Otherwise this album has the same opinion on what I put for Cry Baby. A weak, outdated, and hypocritical mess. oh dear. (before ANYONE comes at me, i pirated her music.. and always will.)

As well as me listening to Marina, I've also been listening to Melanie. And hot take, this album isn't as bad as people say it is, but still booty none the less. Don't get me wrong, these songs do hit, but I feel like that's only if you have HEAVY nostalgia towards her music. i forgot how much i liked this album honestly

Starting off w my neglected music taste list from 2020-2021, I chose Ancient Dreams by Marina. And honestly... It's a pretty solid album! The first 3 songs I'd say are the best of the album, they single handily carry this album with strong arms, but then it slowly falls off, some songs even being forgettable at times. But other than that, I think everything else is pretty solid and overall a pretty neat album!
