Really short and sweet; wish this little duo went somewhere aside from... y'know, their actual bands. Fade is a wonderful track, but Colourblind has one of the most beautiful bridges I've ever heard. Definitely a highlight of Reynolds' career, with Volkman consistently proving herself to be an incredible vocalist who outshines the former on several occasions, yet they perfectly complement each other across all four tracks. Love this EP, definitely one of my favourite little side ... read more
Former massive fan of Imagine Dragons, now just more of a casual listener who keeps their better (and typically older) stuff in my playlists. I've listened to the Speak To Me EP numerous times, but it's only within the past week that I've actually gone back and given this another listen... and wow. It's got some great tunes on it with some solid basslines and some great beats that I've come to expect of this duo, but a very big chunk of it feels very... half-baked? Many tracks tend to be just a tad bit repetitive, which I usually don't mind, but it leaves a slight bitter taste where it feels like it'll start picking up, and then it just cuts to the next track.
An absolute masterclass in music! Every beat, note, and chord is a massive improvement from the highs and lows of Season One's soundtrack. The voice actors clearly put their heart and soul into this, and the duo of Haft and Underberg have learned many lessons from the mistakes of the first season.

So, I'm not a big musical gal at all. Never even seen Hamilton; although I have seen Grease about half a dozen times, and I LOVE that film's soundtrack. I'm also a huge Sam Haft fan, so, I might be a bit biased. I'm also in a lesbian relationship with Charlie Morningstar, so I might be even further biased.
I quite like this soundtrack. It conveys a lot of different genres, some excellently, some so-so. There aren't any songs that I feel are actually horrible, but some ... read more
