Really great sonic switch up from Vince, and it’s a very nice listen at only 35 minutes with no dips in quality at all, this is one of his best
I don’t think it reaches the same highs as Big Fish Theory but it’s more consistent so idk which one is better, but I’m pretty confident that these two are his best; I need to give BFT a relisten
There were a lot of different sounds on this album and I think it all came together pretty well, making for a very solid project
It’s pretty bad, slightly higher than Habibti because there was like 2 songs that made me Idly tap my foot
Doesn’t reinvent the Griselda formula, but it’s just a really concise crop of amazing beats and raps; one of Conway’s most consistent too, no weak spots or skips on this
This album is pretty good, though I thought it was a bit too long
I slightly preferred Earl’s half but it was honestly a lot closer than I expected, MIKE’s half pleasantly surprised me
It starts out as a respectable mid through 2/3rds, far from the quality of anything he put out pre-Vultures but it’s got some good ideas and surprising highlights
Then the last 1/3rd is straight slop, and half of it ain’t even good slop; knowing Ye he’ll probably come back and change stuff, but even with perfect mixing and no ai this would still be like a 7 at best
Crazy how [ADL IS COMING] is better than any song actually on ADL
I really liked Dangerous Summer and was excited for this, I assumed ADL would take everything from ADS and make it even bigger and better, but rather it just diluted it
ADL has highs that can compete with ADS but at over an hour it’s pretty bloated with a good chunk of mid songs
I wouldn’t say this is a bad album, I think overall it’s good, but it’s definitely a disappointing follow up to A Dangerous ... read more
This is a nice short album of bangers, it’s probably Denzel’s worst project since before Nostalgic 64 but it’s still a great album, just goes to show how consistently great Zel is
Two best Griselda members coming together to make a nice short album; this is about everything I’ve come to expect from these two, some really nice sample chops, smooth flows from Boldy, and straight bars from Rome, it’s great
I really liked this album, it felt like it took everything from TMB that I loved and expanding on it, really emphasizing his creativity and introspection
This has got Keem’s most personal songs in Highway 95, No Security, and No Blame, but then it also has some amazing bangers like Ca$ino, Birds & the Bees, House Money and $ex Appeal; this album just does a really good job of showcasing everything great about Keem’s music
Amazing album
I actually really like this, I’m a lil surprised, I mean I love Boldy/Craven but idk I just didn’t have much expectations going it so this but this was really good
Nice and short 20 minutes of amazing sample chops and smooth rapping, it’s everything I want from an album like this
This honestly blew me away with how good it is, easily some of the best rage I’ve ever heard, this whole album flows together really well and is just amazing back to front
