KayCyy - THE SUN
95

Been waiting for this song for a minute, and while the lyrics are a bit iffy, the energy and production make it great. Im looking forward to what KayCyy puts out in the future.

I love my mom. I love all moms. I love your mom. Thank you Kanye.

JPEGMAFIA - HAZARD DUTY PAY!

I'm not gay, but I want to live in a log cabin in the woods with Peggy. We won't ever have sex, but there will be a simmering erotic undercurrent as I stand in the kitchen window watching him cranking dongers, shirtless, sweat pouring off his body. I'll run upstairs and masturbate, the entire time forcing myself to think of women while my thoughts drift back to Peggy. I won't be able to climax and I'll eventually go back downstairs, angry. Sometimes we will look across the table and catch each ... read more

I'm not a Rhythm Assisted Poetry fan by any means, in fact I am a 68 year old country music fan. However when this young whipper snapper right here puts out a song; I drop whatever I am doing and listen to it right away. This man speaks the truth consistently and is giving me hope for the future generation after the terminal illness I have surely takes me soon.

Kanye West - Donda

Soaring Highs and heartbreaking lows, I love this shit. Maybe a bit long, but beautiful.

The Weeknd - Take My Breath

An almost perfect single. Im actually shocked at how good this is.

Billie Eilish - NDA

My faith in the album is restored. This single goes so much harder than it has any right too. The production is minimalist, but done SOO much better than Your Power or Lost Cause. This shit is great.

Tyler, The Creator - CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST

-2 for the amount of adlibs like gotdaamn

Tyler, The Creator - WUSYANAME

Following a solid, hard-hitting single in Lumberjack, Tyler returns to the soulful sound he explored on Igor. The background vocals, twangy guitar in the background and a classic Tyler verse all come together to create a pretty solid song. While I wish Tyler's voice was more prevalent, I am excited for what's to come.

Quadeca - From Me to You
60

Yeah, this shit goes crazy. The production carries in some places, but Quadeca brings a mellow voice and agression when needed (Burning Bridges/ Long Day). This albums looks to take emo rap and push it forward, and while it isn't perfect, it has great highs and few lows.

Masked Wolf - Astronaut In The Ocean

Look, it just not good. I don't know what to tell you.

Chill vibe, and Tyler's verse doesn't overstay it's welcome

"This is an awful review. Calling one of the OG's of the modern UK indie scene "Uncle Boomer" at best shows a lack of knowledge of the scene, at worst is just blasphemous. He's been using his music to hate on Boomers and stand up for marginalized groups since before the Zoomer generation even existed. Put some respect on his name. It's ok to not like an album, but don't go acting like this guy is some kind of rambling bigoted boomer."
