In the ever fast changing rap landscape of 2009, Jay-Z proves that he can keep up with new changes and hot new talent while staying true to himself.
He does a well job in proving that with his two greatest hits "Run This Town" and "Empire State of Mind", but everything else is very inconsistent after Empire State where some of the songs come off him trying to make the songs sound like pop club bangers.

Took me a while to listen and get used to until I started seeing a bunch of songs on reels and a lot of love being shown. It's alright, nothing too crazy, just some mid songs to drake and drive too I guess.
