NK3 has amazing production that Rome glides over with clever wordplay, and the features are a nice addition.
'The Black Album' is Hov's victory lap, where I don't think I've ever heard someone spit with so much confidence. Hov's braggadocios persona on here is so contagious and it makes for such an entertaining listen. Songs like 'Threat' and '99 problems' are some of the best bars you'll hear in a hip hop song. While hov also supplies the listener with chill/club bangers like 'Change clothes', 'What more can i say' and ... read more
This has a great balance of hype bangers and thought out pieces that mix really well to create a fun, interesting listen. The rapping is near perfect with both Groggs and parker flowing with confidence, and the production on here is fantastic, while both being experimental and accessible enough to really enjoy off first listen. Overall, this amounts to being a near perfect mixtape and contributing to the amazing year of music in 2016.
This is so powerful and solange sings so beautifully on here, great listen.
It's a crime this piece of art isnt a must listen, every beat full of personality. Mach glides all over this thing. One of the best Griselda albums period
It's definitely not great but there's some great thug songs on here and it's def worth a listen. Most songs do feel like throwaways however.
This is overhated and the first half is genuinely incredible. However the second half doesn't come close to the quality of the first, but if it stayed consistent would've definitely met expectations, from such a big collab
Rome streets spits here, u can hear the talent he brings to his music and it shines through here. Its a shame the mixing isnt great and isn't long enough to leave a lasting impression, but some nice raps.
