Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here

First prog rock album!

Listening to this thing on vinyl in a dark room at 1:AM will surely be an experience I won’t forget

Favorite Tracks: ☆Shine On You Crazy Diamond, The Rest Of The Album

Fuck this EP and ESPECIALLY fuck this guy. I’m never getting those seven minutes back. I could have listened to Hey Jude in that time. I could have listened to Bohemian Rhapsody. I could have listened to Paranoid Android. Anything really.

I will say that the track “no more mr. nice guy” has aged like fine wine.

The Beatles - Abbey Road

It is very rare for an album to instantly click with me like Abbey Road did. I am convinced that this is one of the greatest albums ever made, and that the Beatles are one of the biggest achievements in all of mainstream music. Perfection.

Favorite Tracks: Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End☆ , You Never Give Me Your Money, Something, I Want You (She's So Heavy), Come Together

Weezer - Weezer (Blue Album)

Why the fuck would these shitheads pull a plagiarism by stealing Carl Wheezer’s name for their nerdy-mo ass band?

Good ass album, in all seriousness.

Favorite Tracks: ☆Only In Dreams, Say It Ain’t So, Undone, Surf Wax America

Lemon Demon - Nature Tapes

If I’d describe this album/EP/compilation album in two different three word sentences, it would be:
“Really Cool EP”
“TWO TRUCKS FUCKING!!!”
This thing rocks, and it’s (probably?) my personal favorite release from Neil as the Lemon Demon name.
Favorite Tracks: ☆Really Cool Wig, Two Trucks, Goosebumps, BRODYQUEST

ミラクルミュージカル [Miracle Musical] - Hawaii: Part II

I get why a lot of people don’t like this album. It’s pretty confusing lyrically, it sounds pretty clunky instrumentally, and it’s just overall not many people’s cup o’ tea.

With that said, I adore this album, and I’ll die on the hill of it being a near perfect release. Yes, it’s confusing lyrically, but it leaves so much room for interpretation and theories. After all, there are many interpretations of this albums story, if it even has one (sotries, ... read more

Tally Hall - Good & Evil
95

If 'Ruler Of Everything' is Tally Hall's "Bohemian Rhapsody", then 'Fate Of The Stars' is Tally Hall's "A Day In The Life."
Favorite Tracks : ☆Fate Of The Stars, Never Meant to Know, Hymn For A Scarecrow, You & Me

Tally Hall - Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum
90

Could be my niche taste, &/or the fact this was my very first full album listen, but this is a very enjoyable album start to finish. The instrumentation, the often quirky and often deep and thought provoking lyrics, the production, all of which show that Tally Hall is one of the more underrated bands out there.

Favorite Track(s) : ☆Taken For A Ride, Ruler Of Everything, Spring And A Storm, Just Apathy

"The rating could probably go up now that everyone knows that Brad Taste is a shitty human being, but who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"
