I don't even know how to start off here. My expectations for this album were basically neutral, I wasn't too hyped or disappointed with it's announcement, and the demo projects just made me think this was going to be more unfinished throwaways. Nice new single here. I like the different approach on a more concise song, and the ending was a highlight as well.
This album is one of the most solid experimental pieces ever. There's just so much personality, vulnerability, and just overall emotion being displayed throughout everything here. Every song is unique and different, and it takes so much influences from genres such as glitch and rock that it just becomes its own truly unique experience. The fact that I came here after listening to the album to express how good this specific song is certainly says something, as the entire project was one of the best to release this year. The chorus is so beautiful, and i'm glad redveil allowed it to repeat so many times in the song, because it makes it so much stronger. Along with that, the verses from both redveil and Smino just show off so much creativity and tell a nice story with such short verses.
