Billie Eillish fans when the music is the saddest thing you've ever heard
Slow the hell down bro.
The production is honesty the best factor of this album but the writing and elements of a few songs just don’t stick with me well. The Ghost of Emmett Till 100% would’ve been better off not on this album. Not saying it wasn’t tragic but honestly don’t rap about having the girl that testified against him suck your dick.
It seems all he can really prove on this album is that he can rap fast and it doesn’t seem like he’s saying much ... read more
Absolutely terrifying, dark, and depressing. Definitely something to jerk it to mush to.
Was a little stunned to see the word "fag" in The Band but then I realized it meant cigarette cause kurtains is British.
One of my favorite Machine Girl albums, the energy on this is insane. Maybe not something I can play around my family but it bangs.
Aurora is probably in my top 10 songs of all time. The production on this whole thing is extremely ahead of its time like how did you make this, how was this possible in 2001.
just now realizing ozzy isn’t on this because he was fired in 1979 for his substance abuse

Definitely better than HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR but still very mediocre and repetitive. All the "Make Them-" tracks are just repetitive songs with a 4/4 beat and Drake talk-rapping over the beat and it just gets boring but I guess some of the lyricism saves it. I also thought there were too many beat changes in this album, I feel like just one beat a song would be better or have only a couple that have beat changes.
Very generic but still better than the last 2 solo albums ... read more
*a second or two of silence occasionally broken by a snare.*
Drake just dropped 3 albums in 1 day and I don’t have high expectations for any of them. Starting off with HABIBTI, this is perhaps the slooooowwwwwesssstttttttt album evvvvvveeeeeerrrrrrr. Almost all of these tracks consist of beats that are very slow-paced and empty. Literally music to fall asleep to.
The autotune is not it on any of these songs. It just makes Drake’s voice sound weird. Just rap more on beats instead ... read more
I’ve gotten more used to the opening of I Thought About Killing You. A little bit of this album is desolate but I feel it works really well with how Kanye (Ye)’s mental state was at the time.
I don’t like All Mine that much due to Ant Clemons on that one part before the second chorus.
The production on this album is beautiful for a Kanye album, thank you for having Francis and the Lights and MIKE DEAN on this.

My parents hate this shit and I understand why.
Looking back, it has a lot of soul for being their debut. Nothing they put out after this didn’t really sound almost anything like it (except for maybe No Love Deep Web). I wish they did a couple more projects with this electronic sound to them.
There wasn’t a song I “hated”. The production on Fuck That is a little bland but even that’s a good song.
Best: All of them
Least best: N/A they’re all good
THE LAST SONG TRANSITIONS INTO THE FIRST
I like the ‘lush’ production of most of the songs and it goes well with Carla’s voice. However, a few of them have either a repetitive structure or instrumental. Not much I have to say about this one other than it’s good for its time and I don’t know how I’m just now discovering this was released last month.
Best?: Under the Covers, Off the Beaten Track, Confession, Blue Skies, I Go Back
Least best: Nighttime, ... read more
Inglorious Bastards felt more like a ‘radio premiere’ song. Idk it didn’t really feel natural.
Aside from this, the beats on this are very heavy and the writing is incredible, these are some of the best rhyme schemes I’ve ever seen in rap.
Only a couple choruses fell flat and I don’t think the intro is much. Chains & Whips would’ve made for a better intro.
TLDR: heavy as hell, love it
