This version, despite being a faithful re-recording, gets to be much better than the original. The vocals are much more developed and the instrumentals, Country/Rock inspired, are clearer and more enjoyable. Enchanted is a highlight, one of her most impressive songs. Overall, it's great.
It's a genius album, surprisingly creative and mature, it has aged like fine wine.
It is not necessarily consistent, but it is far from mediocre. Beyond a doubt one of the most influential electro pop of the 2000's. Maneater and Promiscuous are among the greatest pop songs of the decade.
