This album represents a larger problem within the realm of streaming-age pop music. Artists are incentivized to write as many songs as possible to boost their numbers, ultimately creating a handful of gems along with a sea of demos. This whole thing felt like a particularly bad habit induced hour of doomscrolling through social media and coming out of it in a blur.
This is a near perfect Piano Rock album with some of the most infectious choruses I’ve ever heard!
