Some good stuff, being listening lots this year with study, but not near his best in my opinion.

Of everything ive heard from Mndsgn so far, Rare Pleasure is far and a way his best. Beautiful melodies, lush soundscapes, entrancing vocals that add depth but never overstay its welcome; by all means an amazing album.
Slowdance has quickly become one of my favourite songs of all time, alongside Rare Pleasure III and Medium Rare.

I wanted to wait to review this because of how long time coming this project has been. On first listen i was somewhat underwhelmed, and especially thought kendrick ruined most of the songs he was on. After a few more run throughs ive gone deeper into the lyrics- of which is definitly keems strongest total showing on a project. Somewhere in here there is a really solid album. I know he CAN do it, as he has before (hell Nectar is one of my personal favourite albums of all time- it's really special for me). Thr longest album ive ever listened to. Has to be appreciated for the sheer scope and magnitude of it.

It happens. First half way better then the second. The bass on 'have to.' is the best part of the instrumentals i reckon.

Edit 80->85: Every track is so easy to get into. Every few days i wake up with a different track playing in my head. 39 Intro still my favourite track of the year so far heaps of different parts that are unique on their own but combined into one song is just brilliant. The Villest also went from one of the least noticeable tracks on first listen to probably my second favourite from the album it is such a vibe.

I mean it happens you click play on the album and music plays. im not super deep into dilla so im not really the target for this.

I would expect a release called 'PASSION' to have more.. passion. Honestly pretty soulless but not bad per se.

Guy the first time i listened to this album i fell asleep and i woke up during robbery but wasnt completley lucid and it was such a different sounding song i had no idea if it was real or i dreamed it first time ive ever been listening to an album waiting to see if a song exists lol. Robbery would be better if doecci didnt make the kissing sounds it makes me feel a discomfort just inside the bridge of my nose a bit behind my eyes.

Follow up to 'TSTSM', doesnt have the same highs, with Miami being one of the best songs of the year, but more consistant overall.
