Now that I've had the weekend to listen through this project a few more times, I think I'm finally ready to give my final rating/review.
Originally, I gave ICEMAN a 95. I've docked it 3 whole points to a 92. This project is just THAT good. In my opinion, this is Drake's best since Views, and this has his best raps since IYRTITL.

I've listened to some of Kenny's solo songs, but for the most part, I know him through features. For my first listen through of one of his albums, I was VERY impressed. I might have to indulge more.
Top 3: Test Me, Citgo, Street Car
Even though this album is 100% a bunch of throwaways.... I kinda like it. There are def some misses, but the hits are pretty damn good icl
