Sure, Like a Tattoo is a very good song, Pearls is good, Sade has a very unique voice but I don’t really find anything else that interesting.
Love this album with all my heart. Explosive, joyful, glitchy, abrasive, groundbreaking, exuberant
favs: search party, movies for guys, your clothes
Some really well made songs (Eusexua, Perfect Stranger, Room of Fools) but then there’s some where there’s so many random things happening that it feels very scattered. Lacking the ‘completeness’ (idk how to explain it) and cohesion in Magdalene and LP1, and feels more like a collection of tracks with similar vibes than an album.
Wanted to give this another try because he was coming to my country for the first time and god this is still 40 minutes of ear-torture production and cringefest lyrics
Top tier vocals, with some really strong standouts (The Roof, My All, etc etc) but as a whole, would rather skim through only a few tracks instead of listening to the whole album.
