Daft Punk made one hell of a conceptual house album with "Discovery."
It was the duo’s second studio album, and it will always be their best work in my eyes. It was released on March 12, 2001. To me, it’s everything you could want from a house record. It has catchy, addicting basslines, creative samples, and beautiful synth work. The album is conceptual, groovy, catchy, and just amazingly fun.

After nearly 8 years of wrong release dates, many singles, and frustrated fans, Rocky finally drops his long-awaited album, Don’t Be Dumb, and it’s a cool album. The project mixes a variety of genres in order for this album to make the album feel creative. Particularly, I love Heveansouls delivery. When rapping, it seems like he sneaks his voice in the mix of the production. It’s a unique artist choice ... read more
Here we go, my first album of 2026.
Let me start off with the thing I love about this album, the instrumentals. The are layered with all sorts of sound from instruments you would commonly find in deathcore. It makes the album an enrgetic listen through its 13 minute runtime.
The complaints I commonly see with this album is the obnoxious vocals and how it’s basic deathcore music. I do admit it is basic, but this is a huge problem with all sorts of artists and genres nowadays. I just ... read more
