To start with the journey with this brand new idea I've been planning for a while, let's talk about one of the best pieces of music that I've ever had the pleasure of sitting through: Loveless by the Irish band My Bloody Valentine.
Many of you all know the story behind this record, the band was a revelation, surprised many critics with some of their EPs such as ''You Made Me Realize'' and their debut LP ''Isn't Anything'' and tried to make a follow up that ended up being in ... read more
Life-changing.
Possibly the best music video of all time (subjectively, which it's why music is awesome!!)
I'm really confused about what happened over here. For one the sound of the song itself sounds really noisy, cathartic, energetic and aggressive, all qualities I love when done right, and for the most part they are... but I feel in contrast to the vocals it's where the problem falls.

This is genuinely one of the most mind-blowing experience I've ever had in my journey listening to music. It's not only an exceedingly masterful and surprisingly majestic of an improvement over the original 1992 song, but it's quite possibly one of the best covers ever conceived by human race.
It's so divine, it's so celestial, it's so powerful, it's so magnificient, it's beautiful in every possible way and one of the best gifts one could ask for.

i... sincerely have no way to fully put my feelings into words.
Planning For Burial is the solo project of american musician Thom Wasluck, and I've known that name for quite a while since I've seen it and its cover showing up plenty of times around this site, and the more time I spend thinking about it, the more intriguing it becomes. The cover, the name of the record, the genre of ... read more
