EVERY. SINGLE. TRACK. here feels as though it tries something different from one another, and yet, it manages to maintain the same feeling of grandeur, and pure beauty throughout, without skipping a BEAT.
It's an incredible feat that, for how ambitious this album is, it manages to pull it off.
A genuine piece of art.
A greatly addictive listen.
And all around fantastic release from Quadeca.
At first, I thought this release may be too emo at times, even for it's own good. Although, on repeated listens I found myself really enjoying the lyricism on display here:
"How can it be? It’s a setup, the punchline was me."
It feels incredibly honest, which greatly helps with the story this album is trying to tell, and DEFINITELY doesn't come off as corny as I thought it did originally.
I don't think there's much to say about this release that hasn't been said already.
