i went to the listening party a day before the album released and i had very good things to say about the album, but after giving it a proper relisten, i still have very good things to say about the album, but i can also detect some of its slight flaws. from out of the two albums that released this year, i think that this album has more of the bangers, but love is not enough has more consistency.

my fav part of this movie is when the big kanye png started chasing everyone around the backrooms and then everyone fought him off using the power of friendship and magic

apart from that, beautiful soundtrack and beautiful movie, and we're all waiting for a sequel

bit of a random statement but i had no idea the previous drummer for this band plays for a local band i really really like wtf (shoutout killing me softly)

my stepdad loves this band, it was a rather local one at that, and he has a signed plaque of them along with their eps and this album inside it for one of his birthdays (i think it was one of his birthdays?) and eventually gave his cds to me since he was clearing out older stuff and stumbled across them. i got 'The Day After' and this album from him.

i loved every song on here to bits apart from planetarium, though it was a fun track, but just doesn't compare to every other banging tune on this album
maybe itll grow on me after a few more listens who knows :P
