This is a good album in terms of quality and sound which is cool. However there isn’t much variation in the album and Plasma is the only song that sticks out for me. It’s a fun listen but not replayable.
This is the weakest Universal Indicator release by far. I can barely get through that first track, the release is too long for what it is. Some decent material but overall quite weak, makes the Blue EP sound like Discovery in comparison to it.
This EP is definitely a weaker work of Richard D. James. Fun enough to listen to once, but definitely not essential. At least it’s better than that Godforsaken green one.
The first and best EP, Blue by Universal Indicator is a great piece of acid electronic music. Being 6 songs and 32 minutes, it hits without overstaying its welcome. The first song “Memories of You” is my absolute favourite, it reminds me a lot of something you’d hear from early Ludovic Navarre on the FCOM label. Dark Angel is pretty awesome too. The second and third tracks are weaker than the others, but overall this EP is better than the average rating shows.
Solid EP with old-school style tracks. Worth the listen as every track is enjoyable in its own way.
Isyti’s sequel “bootleg ++” with 2xxx! is an interesting sequel to the first. It has very little in common with the first, as it takes a more lo-fi atmospheric approach. It feels a bit less unique than the first bootleg but it’s still pretty cool. I really like the outsider house tracks like “Need for Speed”, “Saturate My Heart” and “Princess Guard”. The most interesting part of this album is that banger cover art.
Isyti’s debut “bootleg +” is an excellent debut. This is some really cool stuff, it’s great to hear modern day hard trance. Some tracks could be longer to truly enjoy them however the album remains great. Pure Crystal is an absolute banger I find myself revisiting often.
Zorrovian and Trashii team up to bring us some nostalgic and feel good breakcore. It’s a good listen though I don’t find it that replayable.
Whilst this is the weakest of Tiësto’s 3 trance albums, it definitely holds its own as a great record with some enjoyable tracks such as “Bright Morningstar” and the “Elements of Life” title track. The last really solid Tiësto album out there, I really liked this one.
Despite the lack of Geoff Downes, the second and final Buggles record is a very enjoyable piece of music! It has some very cool ideas present in some songs such as Vermillion Sands and Lenny. Trevor Horn did a pretty good job solo as he could let his skills in production shine, and if you are a fan of electronic music productions this is worth your time.
Best songs: Vermillion Sands, I Am a Camera (I like it more than the Yes version), Lenny

A very enjoyable album of the New Wave genre. Horn is a brilliant producer and Downes is a great instrumentalist, they work very well together. The album feels quite ahead of its time, with its 8 catchy and mentally-stimulating songs.
Favourites: Living in the Plastic Age, Elstree, Johnny on the Monorail
Least Favourites: Clean Clean
Tiësto’s first album “In My Memory” is an incredibly strong start to his discography. There are excellent trance tracks with amazing energy such as “Magik Journey” and “Suburban Train” with a nice ambient/downtempo element as well with tracks such as Close to You. It’s definitely worth the listen to see where the groundbreaking sound of “Just Be” came from.
Favourite Tracks: Close to You, Magik Journey, Suburban Train

Squarepushers’ d’Demonstrator is an album that has amazing potential to be a platinum hit album. The problem is these songs feel way too unfinished and poorly mixed to be anything over a 6.3/10. Great ideas, mediocre execution. I hope Squarepusher gets the chance to remaster this album because if he does it will sound like a million bucks. Into The Blue and Frisco Wave are the only tracks I can really listen to repeatedly.

JS16’s first album “Stomping System” is a great look into his early work. It’s not a perfect album nor is it his best work, but it’s a fun album and an enjoyable listen. The remixes are pretty cool. My favourite it “Beat Box” the robo voice and beats just hit right.

Zorrovian’s Debut Album “Console Infrastructure” is a great album and a step in the right direction. With 8 songs and a runtime of 30 minutes, it’s a great listen that stays replayable and doesn’t overstay its welcome. The songs here are great, being dynamic and fresh, whilst having drum&bass, vapourwave and even ambient sounds. Well done Zorrovian, I hope you continue on this path.

This a very cool piece, I like the fact that Alyzea included both the chill and bass version and the drumless slowed version, you get two different vibes from two renditions of the same song which is super cool.
