I love almost every single song on this album. Really wish so many people wouldn’t review bomb it… the only skip is Grudges.
I love Hemlocke Springs down and even if I didn’t I’m 100% sure that every song on this album would’ve gagged me just the same. Today Hemlocke Springs surprised me, and left me disappointed in myself for ever having a doubt that she would.
I’ve been listening to Allie for a few years now, and unfortunately this record disappointed me. The first few tracks are actually a pleasant listen, but the middle falls flat. (The last two tracks are good though). This felt hollow, it felt empty pretty consistently throughout the album, even in the good songs. I’m also not a fan of the aesthetic of this album. I absolutely love this album, I still need to listen to it more to fully grasp a few of the songs and I will update my ratings accordingly. Janie is actually so sad and actually this entire album is really sad.

This… isn’t as horrible as people say it is. Sure it’s not her best album by any means and even Marina herself can (and has) admitted to that. Some really good tracks are End of the Earth, Believe in Love, and To Be Human
This album has some really high highs and also so pretty low lows, but overall is a pretty solid album!
This hit pop album will always hold a special place in my heart.
I thoroughly enjoyed this album. All of the transitions and lyrics and new sounds really caught me off guard. Never would’ve expected this from Melanie but I’m happy it exists
Heavily enjoyed, long time fan of Nxdia! Kinda wish they didn’t release half the album as singles but I ride with them regardless.
