great album, pretty consistently good and has some really amazing songs like "starboy" and "i feel it coming" (two 10/10 tracks). people think the weeknd strays a bit too far from r&b and towards mainstream pop on starboy but i really like the album irrespective of its genre and 'mainstreamness'. i bumped it up to an 8.7 from an 8.3 average rating.

great project, ran my playlist for weeks after it dropped and had a great mix of summer anthems like "[adl is coming]" and slower, beautiful songs like "2tone". full of replayability and i still listen to this very often. fire production too. bumped up to 8.3 from an average rating of 8.
