The album opens and ends with songs that have some of the most ethereal production I have ever heard. The albums shares macs journey towards self-acceptance and detox. Still, instead of triumph, it ends in embracing the possibility that being sober might not be in the cards for mac.
Thank you crash for introducing me to mac, the first mac miller song I ever heard was small worlds :)
