an incredibly curious thing. It's a very impressive mirage of a Beatles album but misses the most core component - the Beatles.
I am someone who struggles to enjoy late 80s/early 90s synthpop. Much of it were held back by the shackles of lazy late disco, but too afraid to use the emerging sounds of the IDM and EDM, yet. Much of it feels lost and unsure of itself, and struggles to hold a groove that doesn't feel like it was ripped off an earlier album, or actively uninteresting.
