kept is such a masterpiece and char is amazing but the rest kinda lacks, fuck ethan
if the tracks were more like listerine it would be a lot higher that song is fire
All of these songs could have 2/3rd of the song removed and it wouldn’t remove anything of actual substance and literally be less boring to listen to, other than the songs having barely any progression and them being way longer than they should, the vocals and guitar sort of make up for it I guess.

For me personally, Isaac Wood was one of my favorite parts of bcnr, and without him I think the band doesn’t work as well. it’s a huge style change and it’s one that i’m both not a fan of and don’t think is done nearly as well as the insane instrumentals on “For The First Time.” Despite this though, it’s definitely not bad however I am not really a fan of the new vocalists.
