it was definitely worth the once through. a lot of it is very homogenous, but it's pleasing to the eardrums during it's runtime. not to shabby.

i was genuinely surprised by clean this was. you think blues records from this era absolutely have their time and place, but most of them don't exactly work as full collections of work now. this was excellent. passionate, dirty, lots of good cuts. definitely a diamond in the rough.
