I have had a wishy washy relationship with Tame Impala, but I thoroughly enjoyed this body of work from Kevin Parker. It was fun music that I could see being perfect for a festival. The topics covered in this album were good and wide. His father, happiness, sadness, letting things go, etc. This could also easily be background music when you’re doing something and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. This is a good album and I look forward to what’s next.

Honestly, I got trolled before listening to this. I thought Kenny Beats and Denzel were beefing. I was hoodwinked, bamboozled, led astray! This project is nice and short. Shows how versatile Denzel can be. Denzel has really progressed nice as an artist. I really hope this holds up throughout the year, luckily for this project the length is favorable.

I feel like I get what they’re going for on here and I think it is dealing with love and heartbreak, something I am all too familiar with. The way they deal with a lot of it though is through calmness and rational, and that is something I cannot relate to….. This was a good album though, don’t know how much replay I will get from this though towards the end of the year.
