Just when you thought it can't get gayer than Kylie, then you discover this cult classic album by her less famous sister
ARE U PEOPLE SERIOUS WHY IS THE RATING SO LOW ON THIS ALBUM IT'S LITERALLY A POP-VOCAL AOTY CONTENDER. AN I ESPECIALLY BETTER NOT SEE ANY SWIFTIES GIVING THIS ALBUM A LOW RATING BC WHO DO YOU THINK IS TAY'S INDUSTRY MOTHER????
Kinda hard to outdo Fever, especially commercially but also artistically, but this is still a reallyyyyyy good follow-up. I like that she explored genres a lot more on this album whilst still maintaining that mainstream appeal. It's hard to balance, but she managed to do it
Yea I was smart to have only listened to Dopamine and saved the other pre-release singles for my first listen bc it made hearing Sexistential for the first time, in the context of the full album, 10x more enjoyable. Honestly.... my main critique is that it's just too damn short. I really hope Robyn brat-ify's this album (deluxe tracks + remix album of both DJ mixes and guest artists)
