Every Surrey teenager's guilty pleasure is back with a new album that will definitely make you go aww but you won't go out listening to it in public out of the fear of being labelled as wet. Singles like the fun & energetic 10/10 or pluto projector which sees rex go full on bloody frank ocean mode set me up for a slight letdown when I finally got my hands on the full album though. The departure of Ameer Vann still seems to haunt the boyband to this day, and contrary to iridescence's dark undertone - this time, Brockhampton are sad. This album is crying for a hug. Less slappers but more moments in the tracklist that make you go ah shit man, whether its Dom having an audible tantrum or Bearface & Ryan Beatty closing the album off with vocals that make you want to drown in your own tears.
